Inquiry details
The Fit Scan requests your name, work email, company, operating problem, workflow, industry, approximate size and volume, current systems, urgency, decision authority, and preferred contact method. Home Services and Contractor visitors also provide response and missed-call handling, estimate/bid volume, known operating gaps, data readiness and implementation ownership. An optional phone number is used only for a requested human phone reply. Your time zone and campaign/source details may accompany the inquiry so Overmatch can respond and understand how you found the site.
How information is handled
Inquiries are used to evaluate fit, arrange a conversation, and respond to your request. The website runs on Vercel. When live inquiry delivery is enabled, the form sends information to Overmatch’s configured inquiry-processing service. When email delivery is enabled, Resend processes the inquiry to send it to James Moburg for a personal response. A direct email link opens your email application so you can review and send the message yourself.
Source attribution and analytics
The website stores campaign and referring-site information in session storage for the current browser session. Production analytics measure page views, CTA activity, form activity, operating-environment selection, preliminary category, recommended engagement and performance. Detailed diagnostic answers, free text and contact details are excluded from conversion analytics. Query strings are removed from page-view and performance URLs. Analytics respects the browser’s Do Not Track signal.
Contact permission
The inquiry checkbox permits contact about your request. It does not enroll you in a newsletter or authorize automated marketing messages. To request a correction or deletion, reply to the Overmatch response to your inquiry.

Preview submissions produce a preliminary category but are not sent to the live inquiry service and do not book a meeting.
