Proof

Proof, not promises.

Activity, installation, and business impact are different claims. Each requires its own evidence. No client outcome is inferred from a diagram or a projected return.

IN PROGRESS

Implementation is underway. Component acceptance and business results require separate evidence.

INSTALLED

The system or capability has been deployed. This alone does not establish business impact.

MEASURED

A baseline and post-deployment result have been documented with definitions and source records.

MODELED

An operational or economic projection exists and has not yet been validated in production.

Rebuilt Roofing revenue system

IN PROGRESS
Problem
Inquiries, estimates, job information, and follow-up can become disconnected.
System / installation state
The implementation is being built around website and conversion architecture, local presence, lead capture, source attribution, CRM routing, speed-to-contact, missed-call recovery, appointments, estimate/proposal follow-up, customer communication, reviews and owner revenue reporting. This scope is not a claim that every component is live or accepted.
What has been measured
No dated, verified performance result is published yet.
What has not been measured
Revenue lift, conversion lift, rankings, bookings, and ROI have not been established here.
Current evidence level
Owner-described implementation in progress. Component deployment/acceptance records and outcome evidence remain to be validated. Any economic opportunity remains modeled.
Next validation milestone
Record component acceptance, establish dated baselines for response and estimate follow-up, reconcile CRM/source records to sold work, and approve any measured claim before publication.

Dated measurements will appear here after baseline, measurement window, source records and publication approval are established. No modeled number is presented as an achieved result.

Evidence methodology

Establish what changed, and how we know.

An installed claim needs a deployment record and acceptance evidence. A measured claim also needs a baseline, a post-deployment window, a metric definition, source records, and relevant context. A modeled estimate remains labeled until validated.

Client names, screenshots, and outcomes are published only with disclosure permission. We do not turn operating experience, third-party examples, or projections into fabricated client proof.
